Summary: | PURPOSE:To quench positively an iron wire coated with a coated film which is still heated after the baking of the painting and to cure the coated film by providing a nozzle for spouting a cooling liquid onto the iron wire which is sent vertically to the upper part of the heating furnace on the painting vessel. CONSTITUTION:Opening holes 26 and 27 through which an iron wire is passed are provided to the upper wall 24 and the lower wall 25 of a heating furnace 23 which is provided above a painting vessel storing a paint, and the iron wire is immersed in the paint and then pulled up vertically through the heating furnace 23 by a pulling means 37. A cooling liquid is spouted from a cooling liquid nozzle 35 which is provided above the heating furnace 23 onto the iron wire which is sent vertically. Consequently, the iron wire coated with a coated film which is still heated after the baking of the paint can be positively quenched, and the velocity of the line in painting the iron wire can be increased. |
