Summary:PURPOSE:To provide an emulsifier containing an alkylbenzensulfonic acid amine salt, having high emulsifiability and excellent storage stability, and giving an emulsion for pesticide and disinfection. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion for pesticide, containing the compound of formula [R1 is 8-20C alkyl; R2 is H, CH3, 8-20C alkyl (or alkenyl), alkyl- or alkenylaminoethyl or alkyl- or alkenylaminopropyl; R3 and R4 are 8-20C alkyl (or alkenyl), alkyl- or alkenylaminoethyl or alkyl- or alkenylaminopropyl] (e.g dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid trioctylamine salt). The emulsion for pesticidal and disinfective use containing the above emulsifier is resistant to the decomposition of the active component during storage, and exhibits excellent emulsion stability with a small amount of the emulsifier.
