PURPOSE:To install a lining by inserting a lining tube from an end of the pipe to receive lining while the lining tube is being turned inside out and advanced, and thereafter, by reducing pressure the adhering portion of the interier surface of the lining tube and the turning point before being turned inside out are closely bonded to the internal wall of the pipe, and the pipe is repaired from one direction. CONSTITUTION:A hermetically closed casing 16 is installed on the opening side of the end of a supply pipe 2, and a lining tube 6 of which inner surface is applied with an adhesive 8 is inserted and the lining tube is turned inside out while it is being advaned, and bonded to the inner surface of the supply pipe 2. Thereafter, the adhering portion of the internal wall of the lining tube and the turning portion before being turned inside out are closely bonded to the interior wall of the pipe.
