Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve sealability in a valve part ever so better, by installing a check valve gear, which is provided with a valve body or the like composed of an elastic member closing a lubricating oil inflow hole, in the point midway in a lubricating oil feed passage, while forming a valve seat for the valve body in the said inflow hole, with such resin as being low in wettability. CONSTITUTION:In case of a device which is so designed as to feed pressurized lubricating oil to an engine after mixing it with an air-fuel mixture, a check valve gear 12 is installed in a feed passage of lubricating oil. In this check valve gear 12, when pressure of the lubricating oil discharged out of a pump reaches to a conveying path 11, an inflow groove 18, an inflow passage 19 and an inflow hole 24, the head of a shaft part 28 of a valve needle member 27 is forcibly pressed whereby the valve gear 12 is depressed against a spring 31, opening a valve body 29. In this case, this valve body 29 is formed with elastic members including an O-ring and the like. In addition, such resin as being low in wettability, for example, tetrafluoroethylene resin 26 is applied to a valve seat position of a valve seat member 25 for coating. With this constitution, any possible sticking between the valve body 29 and the valve seat member 25 is prevented from occurring, and peeling of the valve body 29 based on this sticking is solved, thus sealability is improved. |
