PURPOSE:To comparatively equalize the outflow amount of water from each runoff point by providing a means to input condition data, a means to calculate heads at each runoff point, and a displayer to display information related to the heads. CONSTITUTION:At the step S1, various condition data are input by using input means such as a keyboard, tablets, etc. At the step S3, necessary sprinkler diameter and necessary flow rate for the sprinkler are obtained by a computer, and necessary heads for obtaining a target flow rate are obtained. At the step 9, hydrographical analysis and calculation is made by the computer, and at the next step 11, the pattern display on necessary information is made on the basis of the results of the hydrographical calculation. Since the pattern display on head-related information at each runoff point is made, whether proper designing is made or not can be confirmed for every runoff point.
