PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of a test, by energizing either one of a member to be pressed and a work attachment jig to a direction allowing both of them to approach to each other under predetermined pressing force by an air cylinder and supporting the same in a freely retractable manner to a direction for separating both of them. CONSTITUTION:A work W is attached to a work attachment jig 21 to make a member 17 to be pressed rotatable, and an air cylinder 25, a shaft 22 and the attachment jig 21 are together moved when the high part 40a of a cam 40 is contacted with a roller 38 so as to press the work W to the member 17 to be pressed. When the cam 40 is a low part 40b, the work W is separated from the member 17 to be pressed. Either one of the member 17 to be pressed and the attachment jig 21 is supported in a freely retractable manner in a state pressed under predetermined pressing force by the air cylinder 25. By this mechanism, because the work W is pressed to the member 17 to be pressed under constant pressing force, the setting of pressing force is facilitated and the accuracy of a test can be enhanced.
