Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion to an original picture and to prevent dislodging of the pattern by subjecting the surface of a silicone rubber layer to corona discharge treatment then spraying and drying a soln. or dispersion contg. a nonvolatile solid component on the silicone rubber layer thereby providing the very small projecting pattern. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a polyethylene terephthalate film is subjected to corona discharge treatment and a photosensitive layer is coated thereon and is dried. A silicone rubber layer is coated on such photosensitive layer and is dried by which a photosensitive lithographic printing plate without requiring damping water is obtd. The surface of such silicone rubber layer is subjected to a corona discharge treatment then a soln. or dispersion contg. a non-volatile solid component is sprayed on the silicone rubber layer and is dried to provide a very small projecting pattern on the silicone rubber layer. The adhesion to the original picture is thus improved and further the contamination of the original picture occuring in the dislodging of the very small projecting pattern is prevented.
