Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the radiator having a large emissivity by a method wherein the radiator is constituted of a composition consisting of metal oxide particles of double structure and organic silicon polymer of principal constituent of borosiloxane, into which the metal oxide particles are dispersed and mixed, and a metallic base material coated with the composition cured by heating. CONSTITUTION:The particles 1 of metal oxide are dispersed into a remaining portion 2(SiC) after the organic silocon polymer is cured by heating and are forming a coating on the surface of the metallic base material stainless steel) 3. Metal oxide 4, consisting either one of Al2O3 or SiO2, coats the composite oxide particle 5 of ZrO2 and CeO2. The composition consisting of the metal oxide particles having double structure, which are dispersed thereinto and mixed therewith, is coated on the metallic base material and is cured by heating, whereby the high emissivity, in which the emissivity of infrared rays having wave length of 7-30mum is 0.8-0.9 or higher than 0.9, may be obtained.
