Summary:PURPOSE:To improve control precision and reliability by inputting ambient temperature together with the current value of a transformer, and controlling a load in consideration of oil temperature, etc., in addition to a load factor. CONSTITUTION:A load 1 such as a refrigerating device and an air conditioning device is put in operation from a power line 3 through the oil-sealed transformer 2. The current in this operation is detected by a current transformer 4 and inputted to the controller of said oil-sealed transformer 2 to calculate the load factor by an arithmetic part 8 from rated capacity, etc., preset by a setting part 7. Further, an output control part 10 compares said calculated load factor with the coefficient of a storage part 9 and opens an electromagnetic contactor 11 successively when the load factor exceeds the break coefficient to control said load 1. For this purpose, the transformer 2 is provided with a temperature measuring sensor 12 which detects its ambient temperature and its detected temperature is inputted to the input part 13 of said controller 14 to control said electromagnetic contactor 11 on the basis of the oil temperature, winding temperature, life loss rate of the transformer 2 in addition to the load factor.
