Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce impact loads, etc. by inputting the measured values of the speed and current of a driving motor and calculating a roll speed, etc. based on a calculating equation which makes at least one of an impact drop and a twisting angle of axis, etc. to be a desired value. CONSTITUTION:The measured values of the speed omega1 and driving current ia of a driving motor 10 are inputted to obtain a calculating equation so as to regulate at least one of an impact drop, a twisting angle theta of axis, and a speed followability to a desired value. An arithmetic device 20 for calculating a roll speed omega2, a twisting angle theta of axis, and a loading torque tauL based on said equation is provided. A omegar is set as a motor reference speed to fetch a negative feedback of motor speed omega1, and an integral type is used for a speed controller. A twisting angle theta and a roll speed omega2 calculated by an observer arithmetic device 20 are inputted to a current controller to perform the control by fetching the negative feedbacks of motor speed omega1 and armature current (i). By this method, the response of the speed control system is enhanced, and the impact drop and the torsional vibration of axis are reduced.
