Summary:PURPOSE:To construct with ease the titled wall improved in flexural rigidity and water cut-off property by a method wherein, a muddy water is filled in within an earth to form a groove, then the muddy water is replaced by a bituminous mortar of a specified component ratio which hardens under normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:A groove 3 having a wall shape is excavated underwater for preventing collaspe of the wall by filling the groove with water. Then, a bituminous concrete which hardens under normal temperature consisting of: 40- 300kg/m cement, 600-1,200kg/m fine aggregate, 800kg/cm or less coarse aggregate, and 150-500kg/m bituminous emulsion, is placed while being replaced by the muddy water through tremie tube 7 under normal temerature. Thereby obtaining the titled cut-off wall excellent in flexural rigidity and water cut-off property.
