Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide an electrically conductive resin compsn. which is inexpensive and little causes lowering in mechanical strenghth, by blending required quantities of carbon black and graphite as electrically conductive solid power with a PVC resin. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive resin compsn. contains 30-90wt% PVC resin, 5-40wt% carbon black and 3-50wt% graphite. Since ketjen black has excellent electrical conductivity among carbon blacks, it has been widly used as a solid powder to be blended with electically conductive resin compsn. However, it has disadvantages in that it is very expensive and the kneadability and the moldability of the resin compsn. are lowered when its proportion is increased. By using the predetermined quantities of carbon black and graphite in combination, an electrically conductive resin compsn. which is inexpensive, has excellent electrical conductivity and does not cause lowering in mechanical strength, can be obtd. |
