Summary: | PURPOSE:To realize the stable heat exchange by a method wherein granules serving as heat transfer medium is sufficiently heat-exchanged with high temperature gas at a heat exchange section in a front stage and smoothly delivered by predetermined amount at a time to a heat exchange section in a rear stage. CONSTITUTION:Granules 3, which are fed in an outer tube 120 in a front stage 100 by means of a scooping-up device 234, are agitated with the rotation of the titled device so that a part of the granules 3 collide with plate members 111, resulting in falling in passages 112. The granules 3 fallen in the passages 112 are caught by bends (b) and, with the rotation of an inner tube 110, shifted to bends (c), resulting in being taken into the inner tube 110 through the opening (d) of the inner tube 110 during nearly one revolution of the inner tube 110. Thus, the granules 3 are fed surely by predetermined amount at one revolution of the inner tube 110 in the inner tube 110. During the process flowing through the inner tube 110, the granules 3 are brought into contact withd the high temperature exhaust gas circulating through the inner tube 110 and an outer tube 120 in order to be sufficiently heated. After that, the granules 3 are shifted by means of a screw 256 in order to be fallen down in an inner tube 210 in a rear stage 200. Particulates 1 are fallen down through a feed pipe 241 in an inner tube 210 in order to be mixed with the granules 3. |
