Summary: | PURPOSE:To raise the capacity of a supplying device for rivet etc., by constituting the device as an opening is formed to remove disordered material, on one side wall of an inclined-chute which leans at determined angles, and ordered material is hung and supported as it leans against the other side wall of the chute. CONSTITUTION:Headed-rod materials scooped up by the groove 12 of a fan- shaped blade which is not shown in the figure, are sent to an inclined receiving plate 21, and led into the groove 17 of a receiving chute 15. While the rod materials are sent from the inclined part 18 to the middle part 20, by the vibrated chute 15, disordered materials fall down due to self-weight, from a notched opening 23 which is formed on the side wall of the inclined part 18. Then, the disordered rivets are removed and gathered in the fan-shaped blade, and only the ordered materials are hung as they lean against the other side wall of the groove 17, and conveyed. As the device is constituted in this way, supplying capacity of the device can be raised. |
