Summary:PURPOSE:To produce durable products having excellent adhesion with good workability by using thermoplastic and thermosetting adhesives together in the production of a cladding panel comprising bonding a surface sheet, a core material and an edge material to one another to form the panel. CONSTITUTION:A hot-melt thermoplastic adhesive 4 is partly applied to both sides of a core material 3 such as a honeycomb core and a supporting member 1b of an edge frame 1 made of aluminum. A thermosetting adhesive 5 is applied over the entire surface of the inner surface of a surface sheet 2 made of metal or plywood. A bent end edge 2a of the surface sheet 1 is fitted into a nipping groove 1d of the edge material 1 to form a frame having four sides by the edge material 1. The core material 3 is put on the surface sheet 2, and another surface sheet 2 is bonded to the other side of the core material 1 while fitting the end edge 2a into the nipping groove 1d. The resulting laminate is hot-pressed at 110-300 deg.C under a pressure of 1-1.5ton/m for 60sec and then cold-pressed at 30-45 deg.C under a pressure of 1.5-3ton/m for 60sec to bond and integrate them.
