Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a simple mechanism which prevents a difference in pressure between an evaporating container and a constant oil surface level gauge from occurring resulting from flow-in of gas, is prevented from burning off, and is reproducible, by interconnecting a space part in the evaporating container and a space part in the constant oil surface level gauge through a communicating passage. CONSTITUTION:Resulting from installation of a communicating passage 11 through which spaces in an evaporating container 1 and a constant oil surface level gauge 2 are communicated to each other, an air pressure by a fan 3 is exerted on also a space part 4 of the constant oil surface level gauge 2, and thereby no difference in an oil surface level between the constant oil surface level gauge 2 and the evaporating container 1 occurs. This enables solving of a trouble occurring at a time when an evaporating device is brought to a stop and operative. The communicating passage 11 is shut off by a shut off mechanism 9, and this prevents an air pressure produced by the fan 3 from being exerted on the constant oil surface level gauge. This causes the oil surface level of the evaporating container 1 to be lowered and enables reproduction of an evaporating part.
