Summary:PURPOSE:To control the generated amount of powder dust as well as an air-conditioning load without affecting the mutual characteristics of air volume by a method wherein circulating pipelines are provided for each air cleaning unit as well as a temperature and humidity regulating unit and the circulating pipelines are connected by a hydraulic bridge pipeline. CONSTITUTION:The amounts of air flow of respective flow paths are given by equations Va= Vc=V1-V2/2, Vb=Vd=V1-V2/2 when the flow paths of the air cleaning unit circulating pipelines are denoted by (e), (f), the flow paths of the temperature and humidity regulating unit pipelines are denoted by (g), (h), the circulating air volume of the air cleasing unit is by V1, the same amount of the temperature and humidity regulating unit is by V2 and the air flow amount of the flow paths (a), (b), (c), (d) are denoted by Va, Vb, Vc, Vd. When V1>V2, air, flowed into the flow path (h) from the temperature and humidity regulating unit, flows out of the flow path (f) via the flow path (c). The dust in the air of the flow path (f) is removed in the flow amount V2 and the air therein becomes mixed air of air, regulated in the temperature and the humidity thereof, and the air, in which only the dust is removed in the air flow amount of V1-V2. When V1=V2, the air flow amounts of the flow paths (b), (d) become zero and the air cleaning unit and the temperature and humidity regulating unit are brought into a condition same as in series. When V1<V2, the air, flowing through the flow path (g) of the temperature and humidity regulating unit circulating pipeline becomes the mixed air, which is just contrary to the case of V1>V2.
