Summary:PURPOSE:To use a host computer and a terminal computer multiplexedly at the same in the form of conversation, by using both host and terminal command systems with a common command interface in a decentralized computer system. CONSTITUTION:A terminal computer comprising a terminal CPU102, a main storage 103, and an auxiliary storage 104 in a time division system TSS of a decentralized computer system is provided with a command group producing an input character string of the host command and a communication mechanism transmitting the produced host command to a host CPU105 and receiving the output as the result of execution. A TSS terminal 101 uses both command systems of the CPU102 and the CPU105 at any time at the same time independently of the input mode of the host and the terminal. Further, the host command uses the alysis program of the terminal so as to use the host and the terminal by the common command interface and both commands of the host and the terminal are used by combining the command languages.
