PURPOSE:To obtain a signal with fast responsibility by providing a pulse width converting circuit between a pulse width modulating circuit and a pulse widht- voltage converting circuit, and obtaining a high-frequency signal which has pulse width corresponding to the output of the pulse width modulating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A signal sent from a terminal Q of a flip-flop 15 when a pulse (h) of the pulse width modulating circuit 12 falls is a set signal to a timing control circut 1, switching driving circuit 34, and flip-flop 32 and a down-mode signal to an up/down counter 31. This counter 31 counts down by receiving a fast clock CLK2 and a shift register 33 is reset by a reset signal (k) from the timing control circut 1 and then shifts and counts the fast clock CLK2 by a load signal (m) from the flip-flop 32. When the counted value of the counter 31 goes down to zero, a borrow signal is outputted to reset the flip-flop 32. The time constant of the resistance 23 and capacitor 25 of the pulse width-voltage converting circuit 20 is one-tenth and the signal (p) with fast responsibility is outputted.
