USE:Useful as a drug for circulatory organ system such as antithrombosis, antilipemic agent, etc. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II (R4 is H, carboxy, etc.; with the proviso that a case where both are H is omitted) is reacted with hydrazine or its hydrate in a solvent such as methanol, etc. at 0-100 deg.C, to give a compound shown by the formula III. |
