Summary: | PURPOSE:To keep a discharged foam to the minimum, by sticking a mold release film to the side contacting the near place of a deaeration port when manufacturing the heat insulated cabinet of which the space shaped by combining an outside box and an inside box is filled with a foam heat insulation material. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing the cabinet of a refrigerator, etc. by pouring a heat insulation material, an outside box 11, after an inside layer 1 being fitted, is pushed with a top plate 2 and a bottom plate 3 and clamped with a cover plate 6 from side plates 4, 5. In this time the pouring port of a heat insulated cabinet and the pouring port of a foam layer are designed to accord with each other, also the deaeration port of the heat insulation cabinet and the deaeration port of the foam layer are similar. The gas from the deaeration port after pouring is effectively exhausted, the discharge of foam is kept to the minimum and the trimming work of the foam is omitted because of preventing the foam and the foam layer to be adhered by sticking the tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoropropylene copolymer film 9 of 150mum thickness. |
