PURPOSE:To make easy the fitting work of electrode lead and to reduce the time required for manufacture, by providing the comb shape notches to the oscillator having electrode plane on the both sides of a piezoelectric substance plate. CONSTITUTION:The oscillator providing electrode planes 42, 43 at the both sides of the piezoelectric substance 41 is cut off with a suitable distance by the cut-off plane 7. The electrode planes 42, 43 are not provided between one side and the part (d) and they are isolated each other from the part (d). Notches are made to this cut oscillator so that the depth of notch perfectly cuts off the electrode 42 but a part of the part (d) is left not provided with the electrode 42, to form the array of the comb type oscillator 4 consisting of oscillation fine elements 5. Further, the signal electrode lead 8 is connected to the electrode 43 of each comb type oscillator 4, and the common electrode lead 9 is connected to the electrode 42 of the total comb type oscillator 4.
