Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the burn of a low temp. insulation material right under membranes and to perform easily welding at a low cost, by assuring an air layer between a backing material and the rear side in the welded joint part of the membranes and welding the membranes to each other. CONSTITUTION:A backing metallic plate 5a which is a relatively thin layer is interposed between the welded part 6 of high temp. of membranes 1, 2 and a low temp. insulation panel 10 and spacers 5b are disposed on both sides of the part 6 in the plate 5a. An air layer 9 is formed between the part 6 and the plate 5a with these spacers 5b, 5b. The transfer of heat from the part 6 to the plate 5a is hindered by the above-mentioned layer and the heat transmission by the radiation from the part 6 is decreased by the reflection from the surface of the metallic plate. The deterioration in the quality of the panel 10 is thus prevented.
