Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify painting work and reduce cost remarkably by painting a plate body, press working the painted plate body and surface hardening the painting of the plate body. CONSTITUTION:Paint of polyester, epoxy etc. is coated on the surface and back of a plate body 6 made of galvanized steel sheet by a roll coater 7. After deep drawing the painted plate body 6 by press working, the plate body is heated by a warm air device 8 for 5min at 200 deg.C to harden the paint. Then, a cartridge tank 5 is formed by welding etc. This cartridge tank 5 is used as a tank of an oilstove etc. A combustion cylinder 3 that burns oil in the tank through a wick and a back reflector 4 are provided. The cartridge tank 5 is inserted into the body case 1 allowing free attaching and detaching.
