Summary:PURPOSE:To fold continuous printing paper accurately by operating a swing fin smoothly with correspondence to the paper feeding amount. CONSTITUTION:Upon occurrence of a paper feed pulse, said pulse is multiplied by (n) and if said value is integer times of the paper length, a swing fin 6 is operated by one step to control such that the swing fin 6 will reciprocate by half through N steps, thereby the swing fin 6 can be operated smoothly with correspondence to the paper 1 feed resulting in accurate folding of the paper 1.
