Summary:PURPOSE:To decrease the changing frequencies of extracting flow rate and to keep a constant level of the extracting flow rate by providing two stages of control width to start the extraction of liquid when the flow rate exceeds the outside control width and to finish the extraction when the flow rate is reset to the inside control width. CONSTITUTION:When the liquid level in a container 1 exceeds the width B, a switch in an arithmetic controller 13 is changed to YES. At the same time, the set value of a flow rate controller 5 is increased by alpha0 and a control valve 7 is opened to increase the extracting quantity of liquid in the container 1. Then the set value is increased again by alpha0 after a time T1. In such a way, the set value is fractionally increased to ensure the smooth control of an overall system. Then the alteration is stopped for the set value of the controller 5 at a time point when the deviation to the set value of liquid level of a level indicator 3 is attained within the width A.
