Summary:PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the inherent frequency of a compressor from its exciting frequency to remarkably enhance the vibration-proof effect, by supporting an angle recess part formed in a support leg and an angle shape convex formed in the vibration damping rubber substantially in a point support condition so that the vibration-proof structure having a soft spring constant is provided around the contact point. CONSTITUTION:A support leg 13 is secured to the lateral surface of a compressore 1. An angle-shape recess section 14 is formed in the top surface of the support leg 13 in a substantially angle shape by a squeezing process. A through- hole 20 for inserting therein a stud 10 is formed in the center section of a vibration damping rubber 15. An angle shape convex part 16 is formed in the surface of the vibration damping rubber 15 which receives the support leg 13. A vibration damping rubber 15 is fitted in a hole 17 formed in the support leg 13. With this arrangement, a contact point 19 substantially serves as a support point for the compressor 1.
