PURPOSE:To permit easy diagnosis by storing beforehand the past measurement data of an automobile to be measured in a storage device, retrieving the past data corresponding to a received number by a discrimination circuit, displaying the data and displaying simultaneously present measurement data as well. CONSTITUTION:A device 1 for receiving the number of an automobile to be measured, a storage device 3 for the past measurement data of said automobile, a discrimination circuit 2 which reads out the corresponding past measurement data from the device 3 by the signal from the device 1, and a display device which compares simultaneously the past measurement data read out from the device 2 and the present measurement data measured with a sensor group 4 and displays the same are provided. The measurement data after a repair is thus displayed simultaneously with the past measurement data of the automobile to be measured in comparison therewith, whereby the diagnosis is made easy and the inconvenience by losing or fouling of a medical certificate is eliminated.
