Summary:PURPOSE:To manufacture a decorative sheet abounding in wooden quality sense by forming a transparent solid layer by a thermosetting resin, and printing in a hardening ink containing a silica compound constituted pigment while said layer is in a half hardened state. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a grained pattern is printed 2 on the surface of original paper 1 except a conduit part, and a transparent solid layer 3 consisting of a thermosetting resin is formed on said printed pattern, and thereafter, which this solid layer 3 is still in the half hardened state, the conduit part 4 is printed with a hardening ink containing 70-200PHR silica compound constituted pigment and a liquid repelling agent. Also, when a top coat resin 5 is applied on said part, a recessed part 6 is formed. In this way, it is possible to obtain an emboss pattern sheet being sharp, having stability, and having a recessed part which is excellent in its surface physical property.
