Summary:PURPOSE:To increase the resisting moment by a weight compensating means in accordance with the increase of a tilt angle of a work so as to prevent the generation of unreasonable force in a driving system, by arranging three pivotal points to be positioned on a straight line when the swivelling angle of a swivel table is zero. CONSTITUTION:Two supporters 2, 3 are fixed onto a bed 1, and a pivotal shaft 4 is bridged. A turn table 6 is turnably set onto a swivel table 5 integrally swivellable with the pivotal shaft 4, and a work W is mounted. Links 13, 13' are fixed to both end parts of the pivotal shaft 4, while end parts of piston rods 14, 15 are pivotally mounted to extension ends 13a, 13b of the link 13 by pins 16, 17. The rods 14, 15 are integrally connected to pistons shuttle moving in weight compensating cylinders 18, 19 used as a balancing device, and the cylinders 18, 19 are pivotally mounted to brackets 24, 25 by pins 22, 23. A swivel table clamping device K is set to a bottom face of the table 5.
