Summary:PURPOSE:To load a test body with composite force synchronously and repeatedly by connecting the upper and lower ends of an actuator to one-side part of arm, and fixing the other-side part to the upper and lower end part of the test body. CONSTITUTION:An artificial leg part 16 is fixed by chucks 15 and 18 and the upper arm 23 and lower arm 12 are arranged to expand by anangle theta calculated and set previously for loading with torsional moment. An air cylinder interposed as the actuator between both arms 12 and 13 is arranged slantingly. An air feed control circuit 3 feeds compressed air to the upper and lower parts of the test body 16 alternately through hoses 4 and 5. The test body 16 is loaded with tesile force and torsional moment when the cylinder 19 expands, and with compresive force and torsional moment in the opposite direction and further with torsional moment when contracting.
