CONSTITUTION:A vulcanizing agent such as ethylene-thiourea, 2-5pts.wt. acid acceptor selected from among arom. carboxylate salts, aliph. carboxylate salts, silicate salts, oxides and hydroxides of Groups IIa, IIb and IVa metals and, optionally, filler reinforcing agent, plasticizer, softening agent, antioxidant, etc. are blended with 100pts.wt. rubber component consisting of 50-97wt% epichlorhydrin and 50-3wt% carboxylic acid-contg. ethylene/acrylic rubber.
