Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a picture output of a specific luminance level by converting a luminance signal from a TV camera into an RGB signal, cutting off the signal by a low and a high cut-off circuit and amplifying selectively one of R, G,B signals distributed into a different luminance level. CONSTITUTION:An industrial TV system is provided with a pseudo color making circuit and an RGB separator circuit 6 of this pseudo color making circuit converts an inputted luminance signal into an RGB signal. The RGB signal of the same level is applied to a low cut-off circuit 7 and a high cut-off circuit 14 to cut off a color signal being a prescribed level or over and below different from each other. The RGB signal of a luminance level region cut off at an optional level is inputted to a variable gain amplifier circuit 19. Further, any of the RGB signals is selected and amplified at a higher gain than that for other signals to emphasize the brightness of the color of the specific luminance region.
