Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the leading response characteristic of an output voltage waveform without incurring the increase in power consumption, by providing a switching element in parallel with a bias supply resistive element. CONSTITUTION:A transistor TRQs being the switching element is connected in parallel with a bias supply resistive element RB. The base of the TRQs is connected to a signal input terminal 3 via a resistor Rs and a capacitor Cs. Further, the TRQs is controlled to on-state an input signal switching a TRQ1 from OFF to ON is changed. As a result, since the TRQ1 is rapidly switched to ON, the leading response characteristic of an output voltae V0 is made steep without decreasing the value of the resistive element RB. Thus, the leading response characteristic of the output voltage waveform is improved without incurring the increase in power consumption.
