Summary:PURPOSE:To deliver effectively a heat generated from an internal unit to a case by utilizing a spacer member having high thermal expansion performance so as to fix the case and a main body. CONSTITUTION:Two circumferential grooves are provided to an inner wall of the case with a prescribed pitch in order to fix the internal unit 2 to a prescribed position of the case 1, fixing wheels 41, 42 are inserted to the grooves and metallic discs 51, 52 are clipped between the spacer member 8 and the fixing wheels 41, 42. The heat generated in the internal unit 2 is delivered directly to the case 1 effectively because the spacer member 8 is contacted closely to a wide outer circumferential face of tubes 72 and it is dissipated into sea water.
