Summary: | PURPOSE:To efficiently transfer a toner image without deteriorating resolution by developing an electrostatic latent image on a photosensitive body having an easily strippable layer with a wet type toner obtained by dispersing particles of an olefin type resin having carbonyl groups into an insulating liquid. CONSTITUTION:Carbon black is kneaded with a partially saponified ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer weighing 10 times the black, and 10pts.wt. of this kneaded mixture is added to 300pts.wt. toluene, heated to 80 deg.C and dissolved with stirring, and rapidly cooled to 10 deg.C to solidify it. 200pts. n-hexane is poured with stirring and stirring is stopped to precipitate particles on the bottom of a vessel. The supernatant is removed and addition of n-hexane is repeated to lower the concn. of toluene. A toner image 7 is efficiently transferred without deteriorating resolution by developing an electrostatic latent image on a photosensitive body having an easily strippable layer using the wet type toner thus obtained. |
