Summary:PURPOSE:To form a stable, high-sensitivity picture which has high optical density and reducible density by processing a photosensitive body which has an easy-to-peel material layer by corona electrification, picture exposure, and wet toner development and then performing transfer and etching. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive and photosensitive layer 2 of selenium, cadmium sulfide, and others and the easy-to-peel material layer 3 of silicone resin and others are formed on a base material 1 having a conductive surface. This photosensitive body is processed by corona electrification and picture exposure to form an electrostatic latent image, which is developed by using wet toner to obtain a temporarily fixed toner image 7. The tone image 7 is transferred onto an etched layer 10 on a substrate 9 through a pressure roll 8. Metallic particulates on the part where the etched layer 10 formed by dispersing metallic particulates into hydrophilic resin is not coated with the toner 7 are solved out by etching to obtain a mesh-point positive having high optical density. This positive is reducible in density by Farmer's reducer and stable.
