Summary:PURPOSE:To prepare the titled preparation absorbable through the oral mucosa in high efficiency, by adding kallikrein to a specific polymer matrix such as poly (lower alkylene) glycol, PVA, etc. CONSTITUTION:Kallikrein is added to a polymer matrix (preferably having a molecular weight of >=2,000) selected from poly (lower alkylene) glycol (especially polyethylene glycol), PVA, polyacrylamide or its substituted product (especially polymethacrylamide), poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone, a cellulose ether (especially methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, etc.), starch and partially etherified starch. The preparation can be administered easily without necessitating complex processes such as conversion to enteric tablet, double-layered tablet containing surface active agent, etc.
