Summary: | PURPOSE:To simplify the balance adjustment, by changing automatically the relative rotation phase of two concentrically fixed rotating members. CONSTITUTION:A burbine wheel of a turbocharger is rotated by compressed air from an air supply tube 20, and a concentrically fixed rotating body (blower impeller) 4 is rotated also. The oscillation at this time is detected by an oscillating detecting head 30; and if the detected value exceeds a prescribed value, compressed air is stopped to stop the rotation, and fixings of the turbine wheel and the rotating body 4 are loosened by a nut runner 32, and phases of both rotating bodies are changed by a rotating device 60. After both rotating bodies are fixed, compressed air is supplied again to test the oscillation; and this test is repeated until the detected value becomes the prescribed value or smaller. Thus, the balance adjustment of rotating bodies is simplified. |
