Summary:PURPOSE:To set the difference between an in-layer statical friction coefficient and an interlayer statical friction coefficient of all piled copying forms, to <=0.03, by providing a silica pigment to paper, in case of a manufacturing process of a copying form. CONSTITUTION:It is enough to only monitor a difference DELTAf between in-layer statical friction force and interlayer statical friction force under a load equivalent to a paper feed roller load, or the difference DELTAmu of these coefficients, and when DELTAf or DELTAmu is equal to a constant threshold value, or DELTAf or DELTAmu is larger than this threshold value, overlapped feed is executed easily, and when it is smaller, no overlapped feed occurs. As for this value, it is within a range of DELTAf<15 or DELTAmu<0.03. As far as it is concerned, when a silica pigment is added in the course of a manufacturing process of a form, a drop of DELTAf or DELTAmu appears remarkably. As for the silica pigment, ultrafine particles whose particle diameter is 10mmu-1mu, of hydrous silicic acid obtained by decomposing a sodium silicate solution by acid or salts, or silicic acid anhydride obtained from the sodium silicate solution are desirable.
