Summary:PURPOSE:To move up and down a spectacle frame with a simple operation and at the same time to vary the angle of the frame, by providing a turning mechanism which can stretch straight the frame foot and turn downward at the outside of each lens frame. CONSTITUTION:An attachment foot 6 is fixed in opposition to the inside of each lens frame 2, and a nose pad 7 is attached at the tip of each fot 6. In this case, the pad 7 can vary its tilting direction freely and in a 3-dimensional way centering on the attached area. The pad 7 is bent backward at the area close to its upper edge to form a curved part 8. At the same time, the attached area of the piece 7 to the foot 6 is set at a place near the upper edge of the pad 7. Thus the distance l between the attached area of the pad 7 and the upper edge of the pad 7 can be greatly reduced.
