EXAMPLE:1-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenylcarbamoyl)-5-fluorouracil. USE:Carcinostatic agent. PREPARATION:The reaction between 5-fluorouracial and an isocyanate of formula II is carried out at room temperature to 110 deg.C for 1-10hr or, between 1-chlorocarbonyl-5-fluorouracil and a compound of formula III in the presence of an acid acceptor for 1-3hr to give the compound of formulaI.
