Summary:PURPOSE:To make a shortcircuit hardly occur by interposing and projecting an insulating film between coil strands in the bonding of the strands superposed radially of inner and outer cylindrical coils being radially superposed. CONSTITUTION:Heat resistant insulating film 3 is interposed between coil strands 1, is thermally integrally pressed in sheet stage by pressure rolls 5 and is wound in a cylindrical shape. When the end surface of the coil is pressurized, the strands 1 are plastically deformed and the film 3 is elastically deformed. Accordingly, the end of the film 3 is projected above the end surface of the strand 1 after the pressurization. Even if the end surfaces of the inner and outer coils 11, 12 formed as above are dipped in solder bath, a shortcircuit hardly occurs between adjacent strands due to the projection of the film 3.
