Summary:PURPOSE:To form a combined part to small size, by forming a small-thickness annular plate part to an internally peripheral part of a fitted hole in a circular disc, equipping a sloped surface for the axial center in a shaft and tightening the disc and the shaft through a bolt under a condition in which the small-thickness annular plate part is elastically deformed for the sloped surface. CONSTITUTION:An internal peripheral edge of a fitted hole 11a is partially cut in the large-thickness direction, and a small-thickness annular plate part 11b, in length l to the radial direction and thickness t, is provided to a circular disc 11. On the other hand, a sloped surface 12b for the axial core is formed in an annular flange part 12a of a shaft 12, and the fitted hole 11a of the disc 11 is fitted to the shaft 12 and tightened by a bolt 13 in such a manner that a point end of the small-thickness annular plate part 11b are butted and adapted to the sloped surface. In this way, the relative displacement to the radial direction at high speed rotation is restricted to prevent generation of unbalance, and a problem relating to vibration can be solved, then a stable rotational characteristic can be obtained.
