CONSTITUTION:The battery to be charged 3 is charged by the output of the amorphous solar battery 9. The reverse blocking diode 8 inserted between the battery 9 and the battery 3 is formed by the amorphous film C attached to one part of the substrate A shaping the battery 9 at that time. Accordingly, the diode 8 can be formed at the same time as the formation of the battery 9, and working property on the manufacture of the charger is improved more than conventional devices.
