PURPOSE:To obtain a transformer whereof the assembly is easy, the material cost is low, and further the shield effect is excellent, by winding up a band magnetic shield plate wherein a magnetic material is stuck on one side of an insulator around the outer periphery of a coil, after loading the coil by winding around the magnetic leg of an iron core. CONSTITUTION:An E-shaped laminated iron core 5 and an I-shaped laminated iron core 6 are combined resulting in the constitution of an iron core 4, and a bobbin 7 having coil 10 wherein the primary winding 8 and the secondary winding 9 are wound up is fitted to the central magnetic leg 4a. Thereat, the band insulator 11 constituted of a paper polyester sheet, and acetate sheet, etc. with adhesive 12 on one side is interposed on the outer periphery of the coil 10, and the band magnetic material 13 of an Si steel plate, a magnetic tape, an amorphous magnetic alloy plate, etc. is adhered. Further, the magnetic shield plate 14 is wound around the external surface thereof by using the adhesive 12 resulting in the constitution of an electric closed circuit wherein the insulator 11 is interposed between the magnetic material 13 when putting both ends together. Thus, the shield effect of leak magnetic flux is improved.
