Summary:PURPOSE:To contrive energy-saving, by providing an automatic flow rate-controlling valve and a by-pass line at the inlets of a heat exchanger and an injector, and controlling their opening rates on the basis of respective control signals when there is liquid to be returned because of an improper temperature for heating pasteurization or the unnecessity of injection so as to supply product liquid in response to a consumed amount. CONSTITUTION:An automatic flow rate-controlling valve phi is opened or closed by a proportional controlling signal Z1 from an injector corresponding to the consumed amount of product liquid, to feed the amount of the product liquid in response to the consumed amount. Another controlling signal Z2 offers a necessary opening rate to an automatic flow rate-controlling valve (g) when either one of automatic three-way changeover valves (l) and (n) switches its passage to a side to return the liquid, and another opening rate to the automatic valve (g) in a manner such that the ejection pressure of a pressurized supply pump (d) is not excessively charged to functional members such as a heat exchanger (h) when the flow rate of the liquid to be supplied to the injector becomes lower than a fixed value. When the opening rate is squeezed, an automatic by-pass valve (f) is opened in response to said squeezing and operated to by-pass the liquid and to maintain the pressure of the product at the primary side of the automatic valve (g) constant.
