Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain the device through which arbitrary voltage is acquired by forming a pair consisting of the first and second electrode groups, which are opposed while holding a generating region made of amorphous Si, onto a flat insulating substrate, mutually connecting extending sections each extending from these electrode groups and connecting generating regions partitioned among the electrodes in series. CONSTITUTION:The first electrode group 12 composed of In oxide.Sn, etc. having visible-ray transparency is formed onto the flat insulating substrate 7 made of glass, etc. in parallel at intervals, and the generating region 11 consisting of a P type layer prepared by using amorphous Si, a non-doped layer and an N type layer is deposited onto the whole surface containing these electrodes. The second electrode group 13, which is opposed to the fist electrode group 12 and made of Al.Cr, is shaped to the surface of the region 11, and the region 11 positioned among the electrodes of the opposite pairs is partitioned into the first-third generating regions 8-10. The extending sections 14, 15 separately projected in the same direction from the first and second electrode groups are mutually connected, and voltage generated in each region is connected in series, and extracted from the extending sections of end sections. |
