Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the heat collector having high heat absorbing efficiency, by arranging a heat absorbing material having a thermoplastic resin on the internal surface of a metal mold, and melting and attaching the heat absorbing material to the heat collecting plate at the time of molding. CONSTITUTION:A film 3 which selectively absorbs the solar heat is formed on one surface of an aluminum foil 2. A polyethylene film 4 is laminated on the other surface by an extrusion laminating process. Thus the heat absorbing material 1 is formed. The heat absorbing material 1 is intimately contacted with the inner surface of one of blow molds 5 so that the polyethylene film 4 faces the inside. A parison 7 of about 200 deg.C comprising the polyethylene is extruded in the moldes 5. Then the molds 5 are closed and a fluid pressure is introduced into the parison 7, and the heat collector is manufactured by the blow molding.
