Summary:PURPOSE:To decrease the erroneous operation of a caller side, by reading out voice corresponding to an operating state from an audio ROM, synthesizing the data in an audio synthesis circuit, and amplifying and transmitting to the caller. CONSTITUTION:When a bell incoming call is given to a terminal 1 of main trunk, the signal is amplified and shaped at a bell signal control section 12 and inputted to a buffer circuit 18. When a CPU 24 reads this signal, a response tape drive section 15 is driven, a response message is transmitted to a caller, and when the end of the response message is known via a message detection section 13, the run of a response tape 9 is stopped. The CPU 24 reads out a data in an audio ROM 22, inputs a data to an audio synthesis circuit 21 and the transmits an amplified sound to the terminal 1. When the CPU 24 receives a remote control signal, the reproduction is stopped via the circuit 18 to stop the run of the response tape. When the remote control signal is absent, the CPU 24 makes a business tape 11 to a reproducing state.
